Sorry, Sorry, Sorry....
I know last nights blog was a little random and I guess I should have said why they think he was so sick. Just remember we had not slept but a few hours in the past 48 hours, so I was completely out of it. Basically, it was a combination of two things. A reaction to the carrots and having some type of bug. Like the doctor said....really...who is allergic to carrots...nobody. All of the test came back fine except there was a small amount of bacteria in one of them, but that could have been caused from the vomiting. Other then that, his little body was probably not ready for carrots mixed in with a stomach bug. So, we will now be the crazy parents who will stop all solids and stick to nursing until he is at least 6 months just in case it was the food. I guess he will always have a good excuse not to eat his carrots!

I'm so sorry for that terrible experience! Poor little guy. I hope he recovers quickly. Don't worry I'm one of those crazy parents who don't feed their kids until they are 6 months and they were fat, healthy and happy. When he starts grabbing food off your plate he will be ready. For now enjoy NOT giving him baby food - ugh- it is so expensive and so much extra work (as opposed to milk or table food).
